Plateaus in climbing are very frustrating, and getting off them as quickly as possible will be much easier with Dave's 80/20 Rule for climbing - a simple but effective strategy. Essentially you should aim to climb every climb you can in the gym at least once every month. Over time this will lead to great increases in both grip strength and endurance, as well as your technique and skill.
