Ingredients:

Moong Dal - 1/3 Cup
Dosa Rice - 1/3 Cup
Green Gram - 1/3 Cup
Ground nuts - 1/3 Cup
Urad dal - 1/3 Cup
Masoor dal - 1/3 Cup
Chana dal - 1/3 Cup
Above ingredients soak for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
After 8 hrs add to mixer jar and add 2 to 3 green chillies,1 inch ginger, handful coriander with stems, add salt to taste and water to grond the batter...
dosa batter is ready..now you can make dosa immediately...no need fermentation...
