2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp maple syrup

2 blocks of silken tofu
½ cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
½ cup soaked almonds or cashews
4-6 large whole garlic cloves

½ lemon juice
2 tbsp white miso paste
