Who is a weekend warrior? According to Rael Isacowitz , the definition isn't a scientific one since "weekend warrior" is a slang term, however he'd say that it is someone that practices his or her activity once or twice a week or less. When a person is practicing his or her activity three or more times a week there is a level of consistency that provides a solid foundation and although they are still involved with the same concerns as a weekend warrior he would regard them as amateur athletes. Watch Rael explain this in his Q & A video by visiting.
