Nearly a week after a US soldier's unauthorised crossing into North Korea, Pyongyang remains silent over the incident. Travis King disappeared into the North on Jul 17 during a tour of the heavily guarded truce village of Panmunjom. The United Nations Command, which oversees the areas, described efforts to extricate the soldier as “very difficult and complex”.
