Blood Oranges are my favourite! Here is a really fun twist on a traditional Marmalade that I love to do this time of year.
Ingredients
4 large Blood Oranges
1 Tbs Camomile
1 Vanilla Bean
2 1/2 Cups of Sugar
Method
Slice your Blood Oranges then soak them overnight with the Camomile.
Drain and place into a saucepan along with de-seeded Vanilla bean and sugar
Over medium to low heat cook down until Oranges are soft and jamy.
At this point you can blend our the chunks - or just pour into a jar to set.
