This video demonstrates powerlifting squat form, also known as low bar squat. 440lbs x 4 at 170lbs bodyweight. Low bar allows for more weight to be squatted by using a reduced range of motion combined with more involvement of lower back/posterior chain in comparison to olympic squat. Olympic squatting is best for training, but switiching to a powerlifting style of squatting will help an athlete get the most weight when testing.
