Hello, Spin Friends!! I know I usually don't upload on a Saturday so consider this a bonus workout!! Also, Happy 4th of July to my American friends! Today's spin class is a quick (but painful) indoor cycling workout to do before you go off and celebrate!
Here is the full TOMB RAIDER workout:
Warmup: 4 minutes (with 3 x 10s/10s off strides)
Ladder: 15s hill, 30s sprint, 45s hill, 60s sprint, 90s hill, 60s sprint, 45s hill, 30s sprint, 15s hill
*Equal rest to work throughout; alternating between seating and standing*
Cooldown: 3:15 minutes
