DUMBBELL PULL WORKOUT at HOME (BACK, BICEPS, REAR DELTS)
Today we have a Pull Workout at home using dumbbells only. This workout routine will target your back, biceps and rear delts.
I'm using a pair of 25lbs (11kg) dumbbells for this pull workout. Use dumbbells that challenge you but also allow you to use proper form for each exercise.
