Hey everyone! After weeks of anticipation, I finally finished my video on the OneTigris Tentsformer Poncho Shelter. This versatile piece of gear is designed similarly to classic poncho shelters like the Plash Palatka or Lavu, but with a modern twist. Join me as I unbag this exciting new product and put it through its paces in various weather conditions.
In this video, I'll unbox the Tentsformer, set it up on a rainy day, and enjoy a cozy lunch under its protection. Later, I'll take it to camp and join two Tentsformers to create a teepee or pyramid-style shelter. I’ll show you the inside and outside, discuss some concerns like armhole leaks, and test the storm flap over the zippers during a chilly 1°C (or 34°F) weekend with intermittent rain and a thunderstorm.
