Today we continue to explore short mobility loops and transitions. These can be treated as single drills and techniques or as a part of the mobility flow that we can design together! Let’s start with the basics, paying attention to the correct technique.
In this Video I wanted to start building short loops of transitions we already practiced in past videos. We will explore 3 loops:
* MOVEMENT 1 - SEATED ➡️SIDEBODY➡️PRONE 'THREADING NEEDLE➡️SIDEBODY➡️SUPINE➡️HALF-SEAT➡️BACK SHOULDER ROLL TO COMBAT BASE
* MOVEMENT 2 - SEATED ➡️SIDEBODY➡️PRONE 'HAIR SLICK'➡️SIDEBODY➡️SUPINE➡️ PRONE 'THREADING NEEDLE ➡️SIDEBODY➡️HALF-SEAT
* MOVEMENT 3 - TUCK-IN FORWARD KICK ➡️COMBAT BASE➡️WINDSHIELD WIPER TO SEATED'➡️SIDEBODY➡️PRONE 'THREADING NEEDLE ➡️SIDEBODY➡️HALF-SEAT➡️DYNAMIC PRONE WITH BACKSTEP TO HALF-SEATED
