You will need dumbbells for this workout, pick challenging weights that you can do safely for 30 seconds at a time. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your strength training journey, this workout will help you build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and feel stronger.
Each exercise will be 30 seconds long, followed by 20 seconds of rest, allowing us to stay within that 8-12 repetition range ideal for muscle building. I'll be using 15 to 30 lb dumbbells. Feel free to take breaks as needed and adjust the weight.
